Go Irie Level is a software platform that helps businesses manage operations such as leads, jobs, scheduling, and customer interactions.

Go Irie Level does not provide any of the services offered by businesses using the platform.

2. Independent Businesses

All businesses using Go Irie Level are independent operators.

• Go Irie Level is not responsible for any services performed by businesses on the platform
• We do not control, supervise, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services
• Any agreement or transaction is strictly between the business and its customer

3. No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Go Irie Level is not liable for any damages, losses, disputes, or claims arising from services provided by businesses
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • service quality issues
  • missed appointments
  • property damage
  • personal injury
  • financial loss

4. Use of Platform

You agree to use Go Irie Level only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity
• misuse customer data
• interfere with the platform's operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• all activity under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Subscription and Billing

Go Irie Level offers subscription-based plans.

• Fees are billed through Stripe or other third-party providers
• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

7. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform running smoothly but do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted service
• error-free operation
• continuous availability

Go Irie Level is provided "as is."

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Go Irie Level's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform in the past 30 days.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Go Irie Level from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• your use of the platform
• services you provide
• your violation of these Terms

10. Termination
